Who you'll deal with
BRNB is run by Brad. He takes the first call, works out what's needed and leads the work. On bigger projects, specialists work alongside him, to the same plan and the same handover rules. Between us there's more than twenty years of IT consulting, software development and project management.
We don't resell anything. No hardware mark-ups, no software commission and no referral fees from the suppliers we look at. That means we can tell you to spend nothing when that's the right answer, and we often do.
We stick to four services: advice, websites, custom software and hosting. They help each other. Building websites and systems keeps our advice practical, and thinking about the strategy first means we build the right thing.
How we work with you

A first chat
30 minutes, free
Half an hour, no charge and no obligation. You tell us what's going on and we tell you whether we're the right people. If we're not, we'll point you to someone who is.

A written plan and a fixed quote
Before anything starts, whether it's a week of advice or a six-month build, you get it in writing: what we'll do, what we won't, and what it'll cost. We agree the quote first, and the invoice matches it.

Weekly updates
Every week
A short written update every week while the work's going on, in plain English you could forward to your board. If the plan needs to change, we'll tell you and agree it with you before anything moves.

Handover, and you're free to leave
At the end you get the code, the logins, the accounts and documentation your own team can work from. Nothing we build needs us to keep it running, and nothing about working with us makes it expensive to leave.
What we don't do
We're right for websites, internal tools, hosting and the IT decisions around them. We're not the right fit if you need a 200-desk support contract or a 24-hour helpdesk. If that's you, we'll say so on the first call and point you somewhere better.
We'd rather tell you that up front than take on work we can't do well.
