BRNB is two people: Brad and Nicole. Not a leadership team, not the founders of something bigger, the entire company. Between us, more than twenty years across IT consulting, software development and project management, trading as BRNB Limited since 2023.
We kept it small on purpose. Here's why that works.
The company
Who does what
Brad
Brad is the technical half: development, infrastructure, and the strategy work. If we've built it, hosted it, or recommended it, Brad has had his hands on it.
Deep experience working in the technology service provider, IT consulting, insurance, aviation, and energy industries.
Nicole
Nicole runs delivery: project management, planning, and keeping you informed in plain English. The weekly updates the service pages promise? Nicole's. The reason projects land on the date we said? Also Nicole.
The division isn't a wall. We're both across every project from the first call. It just means whichever of us you're talking to, you're talking to someone doing the actual work.
Working rules
How we work
Everything on this website comes down to four working rules.
The same two people, start to finish
No handover to a delivery team, because there isn't one. The person who scoped your project builds it.
Nothing to resell
No hardware margins, no commissions, no referral fees. Our advice doesn't have a destination built into it.
Fixed quotes that don't move
Agreed before work starts. If we estimated wrong, that's our problem.
Everything handed over
Code, access, documentation. You should never need our permission to use what you paid for.
These aren't values-statement words. Each one is a working policy you can test on your first project, and each one is explained in detail on the relevant service page.
Limits
When two people isn't enough
We're the right size for small and medium businesses: websites, internal tools, hosting, and the IT decisions around them. We're the wrong size for a 200-seat support contract or a round-the-clock service desk, and if that's what your business needs, we'll say so on the first call and point you somewhere sensible.
Knowing what we're not for is most of why the things we are for go well.
