The live view of everything we host. Checks run every minute, and what the status page shows is the same data that alerts us when something is wrong. We publish it because a hosting company that won't show you its uptime is telling you something.

Checked every minute
Automated checks run against every site and application we host, around the clock. The data that alerts us is the data on the status page.

Above 99.9% measured
A measurement rather than a target. The history doesn't reset when a bad month happens, and we cannot edit it.

Backups proven by restoring
Taken daily, kept off the live infrastructure, and tested by restoring them. A backup nobody has restored is a hope.

Automation, then people
Automated recovery handles most incidents on its own. Anything that needs hands gets the person who set your server up.
Reporting
If your site looks down to you
Tell us anyway. Monitoring usually gets there first, but a report from the person using the site is worth more than a green tick, and we would rather hear it twice than not at all. Call 01772 211 663 or email contact@brnb.co.uk.
