The live view of everything we host: websites, applications, and the infrastructure underneath them. Automated checks run every minute, and what the status page shows is the same data that alerts us when something is wrong.
We publish it because if a hosting company will not show you its uptime, that tells you something. The history does not reset, and we cannot edit it.

Not a target, a measurement. The history does not reset when a bad month happens, and we cannot edit it.
Backups proven by restoring
Taken daily, kept off the live infrastructure, and tested by actually restoring them. A backup nobody has restored is a hope.
Humans, then automation
Automated recovery handles most incidents on its own. Anything that needs hands gets the person who set your server up.
Something wrong?
If your site looks down to you
