Hosting & Infrastructure
Managed Web Hosting and Infrastructure for Small Businesses
Managed web hosting from £50 a month, looked after by the same two people who answer the phone. Hosting sized to what your site actually needs, backups we prove by restoring them, and monitoring that wakes us before it worries you.
We take on sites we didn't build, too.
Included
What our UK managed hosting includes
'Managed' when it comes to managed web hosting gets used to mean anything from 'we own a server' to 'there's a chatbot'. Here is what it means from us:
Hosting, sized honestly
We size each setup to what the workload actually needs, which usually means simpler and cheaper than whatever was there before. No upselling you a server your brochure site will never wake up.
Backups that have been restored
Taken daily, kept off the live infrastructure, and tested by actually restoring them. A backup you've never restored isn't a backup. It's a hope.
Monitoring, around the clock
Automated checks every minute, and a public status page anyone can look at, including you, including right now.
Security and updates
SSL everywhere, Cloudflare in front of everything, and software updates applied by us, not left on a to-do list inside a control panel nobody logs into.
Infrastructure
Where your site actually lives
Most hosts won't tell you what's behind the curtain. Fine. We will. Websites and servers run on AllHost.IO infrastructure, applications run on Railway, and Cloudflare sits in front of everything for DNS, caching and protection. UK only data centres.
We choose infrastructure per workload rather than reselling one platform regardless of fit. When something better or cheaper suits your site, we move you to it. That's the point of paying for management rather than a slot on someone's reseller plan.
Most of what we host is WordPress, so managed WordPress hosting is our day to day, tuned for speed and kept updated.
Migrations
We host sites we didn't build
Maybe your developer has stopped answering. Or the agency invoice has grown a mysterious line item a year. Maybe nobody in the building actually knows where the website is.
This is more common than anyone admits, and it's fixable. We'll find your site, work out what it's running on, move it to managed hosting that makes sense, document it, and hand you the access you should have had all along. Migrations are typically done in days, and your site stays up while we do it.
You don't need to be embarrassed about the state of it. We've seen worse. Honestly.
Pricing
What it costs
Managed hosting starts at £50 a month. A straightforward website sits at the bottom of that; applications, ecommerce and anything with real traffic are priced to what they actually consume. You'll get a fixed monthly figure upfront, and it doesn't quietly grow at renewal. There is no renewal pricing.
We've taken over hosting and cut the bill more than once, because the previous setup was sized for the invoice rather than the workload. Most recently: a North West clock repair specialist was running three hosting plans across two providers. One consolidated setup later, the site is faster and the bill is £500 a month lighter.
Send us what you're paying now and we'll tell you whether it's fair. Sometimes it is. We'll say that too.

Support
When something breaks
Monitoring alerts us the minute something's wrong, usually before anyone else has noticed. Our measured uptime runs above 99.9%, and we publish it: the status page is public, current and historical, because a hosting company that hides its uptime is telling you something.
We're two people, not a 24/7 call centre, so here's the honest version: automated systems respond instantly, and the humans who know your setup personally deal with anything that needs hands. What you'll never get is a tier-one ticket queue asking if you've tried turning it off and on again.
Fit
Managed hosting for small businesses
The bill nobody understands
Your hosting bill arrives annually, nobody understands it, and it's somehow gone up again.
The vanished developer
Your developer has vanished and the website is a mystery with a renewal date.
An application, not a brochure
You've got an application that needs more care than a £5 shared-hosting slot.
We built it, so we run it
We built your website or software and you'd rather we kept running it.
Why us
Why host with us?
Hosting is where Brad and Nicole being the whole company matters most. The person who answers when something's wrong is the person who set your server up. There's nobody to escalate to because you start at the top.
Proof, not promises
Public status page, measured uptime, restore-tested backups.
Named infrastructure
You know exactly where your site lives.
No lock-in
Your access, your files, documented: leaving is easy, which is why people stay.
Real example
We rebuilt a medical association's website with a self-service member portal. Members manage their own details now, and membership searches return them in the top three results in Google searches.

Brad and Nicole did a very good job helping me set up my Italian takeaway website and helping me get online.
I've noticed a steady flow of traffic on the website and believe it has made a big difference with the success of my takeaway. Very fair price and worked with me and my budget with honest recommendations and guidance.
